The Wednesday evening, May 14, Mass at St. Francis will begin at 6:15pm (not 6:30pm). Eucharistic Adoration will begin at the normal 5:30pm but end a little earlier to accommodate earlier Mass start. Plus, the Thursday eve, May 15, Mass at St. Bernard is cancelled due to priests concelebrating Mass with Bishop for the new holy father.

For the first time in the history of the Catholic Church, an American has been selected as the leader of the Catholic Church. Cardinal Robert Francis Prevost, age 69, who was born in Chicago, Illinois, has been elected the 266th successor to St. Peter. He has chosen the name Leo XIV.
