St. Brendan the Navigator Parish is seeking a self-motivated, detailed-oriented, and well-organized leader with an accounting and administrative background, including supervising employees. Experience with Human Resources is helpful. Candidates should have excellent computer skills and budgeting experience. Experience with contract negotiations and property management is a plus. As a member of the core management team, the successful candidate will be a team player who possesses and demonstrates an appreciation of this position in ministry, excellent interpersonal communication skills, creativity and flexibility. POSITION: PARISH CATECHETICAL LEADER

St. Brendan the Navigator Parish has a 12-15 hour-a-week job opening for a
Parish Catechetical Leader (PCL). The PCL position duties include prioritizing catechetical needs and developing a plan for the Youth Sacramental and Youth
Ministry Programs for Junior High/Middle School and High School. They are responsible for completing administrative work, maintaining an up-to-date list of
students, conduct parent-meetings throughout the year, recruiting volunteers for faith formation programs and prepare and supervise a budget for catechetical programs.

POSITION TITLE: PASTORAL LIFE COORDINATOR

St. Brendan the Navigator Parish has a 28 hour-a-week job opening for the Pastoral Life Coordinator (PLC). The PLC is a professionally qualified minister who reports directly to the Pastor/Administrator. This person will assist the Pastor in the daily operation of the cluster, coordinating pastoral and diocesan policies and guidelines. The PLC is a person of faith committed to Gospel values. He or she values the organization and responsible management of resources, and helps the Church fulfill its mission and purpose. Duties include: oversee the RCIA program, coordinate special parish activities, provide oversight to funeral care ministry and pastoral care to sick and shut-ins, and recruits, trains, schedules and coordinates required paperwork for Liturgical Ministers. The PLC also teaches and coordinates Baptism and Marriage prep classes and paperwork, among other
responsibilities.
